At RYSE, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, unwashed condition.

  Ship the Item

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
